Damaged or faulty products
Important notice: If your product was not purchased from this web store, please return the item or direct your query to the original place of purchase or retailer.
Items must be returned within 30 days (NZ orders) and 30 days (international orders). This policy applies from the date you receive your goods to the date your order is returned. No returns can be processed past this timeframe.
We can offer you a replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances of your purchase. If your purchase has been damaged in transit, we will organise an immediate replacement (stock permitting). Please fill out the form linked below and provide details of your fault. Please also send a picture of your fault here: email@example.com. We will arrange replacements (at our cost - product only) within 7 working days or dependent on stock availability.
Please include your full name and order number in the package with your return. Items arriving without this will incur extended processing time and an administration fee may be applied *Please note that customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Return shipping charges are non-refundable
All returns are to be sent back at the customers expense within 30 days (NZ orders) and 30 days (international orders) by tracked & insured postage. Items not received in this time frame will not be accepted.
Refunds take up to 10 business days to be processed and credited back to your account.
